Anything about your body, your dose, or a side effect: use secure messaging in the portal so a clinician sees it.
Anything about money, shipping, or your account: email or call support.
1Emergencies
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use email, the portal, or messaging — they are not monitored continuously and a delay could harm you.

- support@getCoreScripts.com — the fastest channel for almost everything. Include the email address on your account so we can find you.
- Phone
- 1-888-888-8888, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm Eastern. Closed on federal holidays. Voicemail left outside those hours is returned the next business day.
- Patient portal
- Sign in and use Messages for anything clinical. This is the only channel that reaches your clinician directly, and it is the correct one for medical questions.

Please do not mail medication to us. Dispensed medication cannot be returned or credited, and anything we receive is destroyed. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4Cancelling
Cancel from Account → Plan in the portal, by emailing support@getCoreScripts.com, by calling 1-888-888-8888, or by writing to the address above. No fee, no minimum term, no retention script.
Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge and the next shipment. You will get written confirmation — keep it. Details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
