Read this before you decide
There is no FDA-approved injectable NAD+ product in the United States. What is
prescribed here is a compounded preparation. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for
safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality before they are dispensed, and does not
evaluate their labeling.
NAD+ is not approved to prevent, treat, or cure any disease, and we
do not offer it as a treatment for one. Human evidence is preliminary: most of what is known comes
from laboratory and animal work, and from small studies of oral precursors rather than injections.
Long-term safety has not been characterized.
What we will not tell you. That NAD+ reverses aging, repairs your
DNA, cures fatigue, treats addiction, improves athletic performance, or extends life. None of that
is established, and a clinic that says otherwise is selling ahead of the evidence. If you want the
short version: some people report feeling better, the mechanism is plausible, and the proof is not
in yet.

Important safety information
Read this before you start
Because compounded NAD+ has no FDA-approved labeling, there is no official
prescribing information to summarize. What follows is drawn from what is reported clinically and
from what is known about the molecule — and it is not complete.
The honest limitation
The long-term safety of injected NAD+ has not been established. It has not been
through the trials that an approved drug goes through, and there is no body of data on what years of
use does.
Anyone who tells you it is definitively safe is guessing, and so is anyone who tells
you it is definitively harmful. Your clinician's job is to weigh that uncertainty with you rather
than talk past it.
Do not use if you
Are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding — there are no safety data
Have had a serious allergic reaction to NAD+ or any ingredient in the preparation
Have an active malignancy, unless your oncologist has cleared it
Are under 18 years of age
Tell your clinician if you
Have any history of cancer
Have kidney or liver disease
Have a heart rhythm problem or low blood pressure
Have unexplained fatigue that has not been medically worked up
Take any prescription medication — interactions are not well characterized
On cancer, plainly. NAD+ supports the metabolism of every cell,
and tumor cells are not an exception. Whether supplementing it affects cancer risk or behavior is
unresolved and actively debated. Because of that uncertainty we do not prescribe it
during active malignancy, and a previous cancer diagnosis needs your oncologist's sign-off first.
Possible side effects
The most commonly reported effects are injection-site reactions
— pain, redness, swelling, or itching — and, particularly if a dose is given too quickly,
flushing, nausea, chest tightness, abdominal cramping, headache, lightheadedness, and a racing
heartbeat. These are usually dose- and rate-dependent and settle when the dose is reduced or
given more slowly.
Stop and seek medical attention for swelling of the face, lips,
tongue, or throat, difficulty breathing, chest pain, fainting, or a severe rash.

No, and you do not pay to find out. Completing the intake is free and nothing is charged today. A licensed clinician reviews your intake and decides whether NAD+ is appropriate for you. If they decline, the authorization on your card is released and you are never billed.
Is NAD+ a hormone or a steroid?
No — they are unrelated. NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism. It is not a hormone, not a peptide, and not a growth factor.
Will this give me more energy, or slow aging?
We will prescribe it only if a clinician judges it appropriate and safe for you, and we will not promise you any of those outcomes. NAD+ is not approved to treat any condition, including fatigue, cognitive complaints, or aging. Some patients report feeling better; that is not the same as proof, and we will not pretend it is.
What bloodwork is required?
None is required to complete your intake. Your clinician may order testing — commonly thyroid function, a metabolic panel, iron studies, or B12 — if your symptoms suggest a cause worth ruling out first. Persistent fatigue deserves a real workup, and a clinician who never looks for one is doing you a disservice. Any testing is billed by the laboratory and is not included in your monthly price.
Who are the clinicians, and are they licensed in my state?
Care is delivered by clinicians employed by or contracted with CoreScripts Medical Group, P.A. and its affiliated physician-owned professional entities. You are matched only with a clinician holding an active, unrestricted license in the state where you are physically located at the time of your visit. Your clinician’s name, credentials, and license number appear in your patient portal.
How is it given?
NAD+ is given subcutaneously on a schedule your clinician sets, usually the same day each week. Some clinics offer it by IV infusion; we do not, because it requires supervision we cannot provide remotely and the infusion reactions are more pronounced.
Will my insurance cover this?
No. The $199 monthly price is paid out of pocket, and compounded medication is essentially never covered. If your clinician orders laboratory testing, that is billed separately by the laboratory and is often covered — ask for the order to use with your own insurer.
What does the medication actually cost?
It is included. The $199 monthly price covers the clinical evaluation, the medication itself, and temperature-controlled shipping — no separate pharmacy bill, no per-shipment surcharge, and the price does not change with your dose.
How do I cancel?

There is no fee and no minimum term, and canceling stops all future charges and shipments.
