In plain language

Shipping is included. You never pay extra for it.

Orders leave the pharmacy in 1–2 business days after approval and usually arrive in 2–5 business days, in an insulated cooler.

Someone 18 or older must sign. If it arrives warm, damaged, or never arrives, tell us within 7 days and we replace it free.

1Where we ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, subject to clinician licensure in your state and to pharmacy supply.

We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, to P.O. boxes, to freight forwarders or parcel-forwarding services, or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Prescription medication requires a deliverable street address where an adult can receive it.

You must be physically located in the United States at the time of your consultation and at the time of delivery.

2Processing and delivery times

StageTypical time
Clinician review of your intakeUsually within 1 business day
Prescription transmitted to the pharmacySame day as approval
Pharmacy compounding, verification, and release1–2 business days
Carrier transit2–5 business days
Total, approval to doorstep3–7 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Compounded medication is prepared per patient and cannot be pulled off a shelf. Delivery can take longer during severe weather, carrier delays, national holidays, or a temporary supply interruption. If your shipment will be materially delayed we will contact you.

Refills. Once you are established, refills are released automatically on your renewal date so that your supply is continuous. Track every shipment in the portal or through the tracking link we email you.

3Cold-chain handling

Compounded NAD+ is temperature-sensitive. Every shipment goes out in an insulated container with coolant, and the pharmacy selects the service level and packaging based on the transit time and the weather along the route.

When your package arrives:

  1. Open it promptly, even if you are not starting that day.
  2. Refrigerate the vial immediately at 2–8 °C (36–46 °F) unless your pharmacy label says otherwise. Do not freeze.
  3. Check the coolant. Some softening is normal and expected. Fully thawed, warm coolant is not.
  4. Check the vial for cracks, leaks, cloudiness, or particulates.

If the package arrives warm, if the vial is damaged, or if the contents look wrong, do not use it. Photograph the package and the vial and contact us the same day. We will replace it at no cost. Never use a medication whose storage you have reason to doubt.

4Delivery requirements

An adult 18 or older must be present to sign for delivery. Carriers will not leave prescription medication unattended.

If the first attempt fails, the carrier will normally reattempt on the next business day and then hold the package at a local facility for a limited time. Packages returned to the pharmacy as undeliverable cannot be re-shipped — once a package has left controlled storage, the pharmacy cannot verify how it was handled, so it must be destroyed and a new prescription released. Reshipment after an undeliverable return may require a new charge.

Keep your address current. Update it in the portal at least three business days before your renewal date. We cannot redirect a package once the pharmacy has released it. Delivery to an outdated address you failed to update is not eligible for free replacement.

5Discreet packaging

Shipments arrive in plain, unbranded outer packaging. The exterior does not name the medication, the condition, or the nature of the contents. The pharmacy’s name and the required prescription labeling appear inside, as pharmacy law requires.

6Late, lost, damaged, or stolen packages

Contact support@getCoreScripts.com or 1-888-888-8888 within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. We replace at no cost when:

  • Tracking shows the package was lost or never delivered;
  • The package arrives damaged, leaking, or with the cold chain broken;
  • The wrong medication or the wrong dose was shipped;
  • Tracking shows delivery to an address that is not yours.

Theft after confirmed delivery to your correct address is not automatically covered, but tell us anyway — we review these case by case and will often replace once as a courtesy. A secure delivery location or a carrier hold-for-pickup is the reliable fix if theft is a recurring problem where you live.

Because dispensed medication cannot be returned, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how credits and replacements are handled.

7Regulatory notes

All shipments contain prescription medication dispensed against a patient-specific prescription by a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Medication is dispensed to the named patient only. Do not transfer, resell, or give your medication to another person — doing so is unlawful and unsafe.

Dispose of unused medication and used injection supplies according to the instructions included with your shipment. Use an FDA-cleared sharps container for needles and syringes, and follow your municipality’s rules for sharps disposal.
